One of the reasons I love living in the northern portion of San Francisco is its proximity to towns like Tiburon/Belvedere.
You may be surprised to learn how many families live in San Francisco and drive to Tiburon more than 2-3 times per week for a dose of sunshine, access to their amazing schools, or easy parking outside stores. And vice versa- many families are living in Tiburon who commute to SF daily for something other than a job.
My husband and I got married in Tiburon 10 years ago this month, so I’m sharing some of the photos we took downtown near Sam’s Anchor Cafe (recently renovated!) and Corinthian Yacht Club.
Shout out to Julie Briggs Dunn of JBD Events who helped us put our wedding together.
She is a go-to resource for many events in San Francisco. I highly recommend her for event planning (JBD Events), whether it be a fundraiser, a birthday party, or a corporate event.
Many of our guests stayed at The Lodge at Tiburon or Waters Edge, both perfect places for a staycation or to host out-of-town guests!
If we were to do it again today we would for sure be taking advantage of Bungalow Kitchen’s late-night hours with a DJ until past midnight- and probably ordering our wedding party pizza from Waypoint (of course!) Thank you to 7x7 for recapping the fun weekend back in 2012!
